To ensure your nails look their best for the longest time we ask that you take care and follow these aftercare tips. -Avoid intense heat (e.g sauna, sun bed, hot bath) -Use cuticle oil daily. This keeps your nails nourished, stimulates growth and prevents your nails from lifting -Always wear gloves when washing up, cleaning or gardening -Wash hands thoroughly after contact with chlorine, insect repellent or sunscreen -Avoid long periods of time in water -Do not use your nails as tools -Never pick or peel at the product this will cause damage to your natural nail Take care of your nails and remember jewels not tools.
