Please let me know if you will be late to your appointment. If you are 10 mins late or more your appointment may need to be cancelled or adjusted. Appointments cancelled within 48hrs will be charged 50% of the full service. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the service. Late cancellations really affect my business so please make any amendments to your booking 48 hours in advance.
