Not only does she do the best eyelash lift and brows but now the perfect wax! been going to this girl for coming up to 3 years now and I don’t trust anyone else. Always flawless lifts and the perfect brows every time and then first time having under arm wax after 2 years of being scared from past experiences she’s made me feel so comfortable and confident in my own skin again, honestly pain free for me and excited for my next appointment!

Omgoodness where to start.....? Do i talk 1st about the amazing new lash set that Roo designed and created for me....? How everytime i go to see Roo she seems to be determined to outdo herself and any set shes done before...? Do i mention the fact she ALWAYS goes above and beyond 🤔 and has made me feel like a friend and not just a client....? Or perhaps i should talk about how I'm always made to feel so relaxed and comfortable that i can tell her anything...🤔🫂. It has taken me literally hours to write this review because I don't know how to word exactly what Roo did for me this appointment 😅 without getting too personal. But, suffice to say that nobody could come close to comparing with the level of care, compassion, support and gentle treatment I have received again and again since i hobbled into my 1st appointment 3 years or so ago. (Trying desperately not to get over emotional and cry whilst typing this lol 🙈😅 because I honestly cannot believe or express how much these appointments have meant to me, but i definitely don't want to spoil my favourite lash set yet, with tears Lol 😆)

so i had my lashes done with this lovey lady and i will 100% be back, the room is just so peaceful and really well decorated i felt so cozy! the lashes i have had done were ‘angel lashes’ and they’re absolutely amazing im super happy, shes also such a lovely lady and very welcoming!! xxx

I am absolutely loving my newest set!! Thanks to the fabulous Roos newest lash line, i was able to have a lovely splash of colour. And i even stepp outta my usual colour comfort zone by having a gorgeous red/burgundy that really makes the blue hints in my eyes stand out. Thank you Roo, for a lovely relaxing cosy new year catchup and for making my lashes stunning. Wouldn't trust anyone else ✨️ xx
