I am an older lady, I haven't looked after my hands or nails. I heard great reviews from friends who recommended Rosalie. I was a bit nervous of going to a nail technician. Rosalie put me at ease straight away, she was welcoming and kind. She explained that as my nails were brittle and not in good condition, the type of treatments, that would benefit me. I went for BIAB , two weeks in, they haven't chipped or worn and I've already booked in again. I highly recommend Rosalie.
