New clients prior to booking an appointment online are requested to pay a nonrefundable £10 deposit fee to secure each booking before the appointment.
72 hours before your appointment ~ You can reschedule your appointment once and if any more you will be requested to pay another £10 deposit prior to booking.
48 hours or less before appointment ~ If you reschedule or cancel your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and to rebook you will need to pay a new £10 deposit to book your treatment. If you cancel or no show on the day you will be charged the full amount of the appointment that day!
Mobile Appointments ~ Booking this service online you will be required to pay a £5 surcharge on top of the initial service required and also a £10 online deposit fee. I will need a big enough space to bring a fold up desk and chair and foot stall for pedicures.
