I had a reflexology treatment today with Sam and I was impressed by her pleasant professional manner and warmth. She was very thorough in taking down any medical details that might affect the treatment process. I arrived feeling very tense particularly across the neck and shoulders. I have a number of health issues that I am currently dealing with. Sam was able to put me at my ease and I began to relax whilst she worked on both feet. I can only say that I felt it was amazing and wonderful and the word that came to mind was "Heavenly". I could have stayed there all day. I am hoping that the treatment will release toxins and that it will make a substantial difference. Sam's treatment room is pleasant and comfortable and easy to find. It was a very beneficial and pleasant experience. I left feeling relaxed and energised.

My name is Sam and I'm a holistic therapist based in Oakley, Bedfordshire.
I've always been interested in holistic treatments, in particular reflexology. It's a treatment I've loved having for years and found fascinating and beneficial. Even as a child I would sit at my parent's feet and give them a foot rub (they knew early on I was destined to be a Reflexologist!) Though it took me a while to get there.
Working in customer services for just shy of 20 years I would constantly feel like something was missing, so whilst on maternity leave with my youngest child I decided now was the right time to start fresh. Sadly, a global pandemic halted my plans but I'm a strong believer everything happens for a reason. This gave me the opportunity to research in exactly what I wanted to do.
In September 2019 I started my reflexology training, qualifying in in April 2020. I have not looked back and started embarking on my holistic and spiritual journey. I'm so incredibly lucky to love what I do and have found my calling. I love looking after people and helping them feel well.
I am also qualified in Indian head massage and Swedish body massage which has ignited a passion for massage. And also, Reiki. Reiki is wonderful and I love using healing energies in my practices.
