Had my first session of Reiki with Sam. I left feeling a lot ‘lighter’ and calmer than when I arrived. Sam is so lovely, welcoming and very professional. This girl knows her stuff!! I will definitely be rebooking another session! Highly Recommended

My name is Sam and I'm a holistic therapist based in Oakley, Bedfordshire.
I've always been interested in holistic treatments, in particular reflexology. It's a treatment I've loved having for years and found fascinating and beneficial. Even as a child I would sit at my parent's feet and give them a foot rub (they knew early on I was destined to be a Reflexologist!) Though it took me a while to get there.
Working in customer services for just shy of 20 years I would constantly feel like something was missing, so whilst on maternity leave with my youngest child I decided now was the right time to start fresh. Sadly, a global pandemic halted my plans but I'm a strong believer everything happens for a reason. This gave me the opportunity to research in exactly what I wanted to do.
In September 2019 I started my reflexology training, qualifying in in April 2020. I have not looked back and started embarking on my holistic and spiritual journey. I'm so incredibly lucky to love what I do and have found my calling. I love looking after people and helping them feel well.
I am also qualified in Indian head massage and Swedish body massage which has ignited a passion for massage. And also, Reiki. Reiki is wonderful and I love using healing energies in my practices.
