I understand that unexpected things can happen, but I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to amend, reschedule, or cancel your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge of 100% of the booked treatment price.
LATENESS POLICY
I recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you anticipate being a few minutes late, please inform me as soon as possible. Please note that I may not be able to accommodate your full treatment if you arrive late, and a rescheduling may be necessary. In such cases, the appointment will be considered missed, and you will be charged 100% of the booked treatment price.
