Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing my services! To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review and agree to the following booking terms and conditions:

1. Appointment BookingsAll appointments are booked through our online booking system. When booking, you agree to these terms and conditions, including our cancellation and no-show policies.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the booked treatment price.

3. Lateness PolicyIf you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible. If you arrive late, I may not be able to complete the full treatment, and rescheduling may be required. In these cases, the appointment will be considered missed, and a 100% charge will apply.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the booked treatment price.

5. RemindersOur system sends appointment reminders the day before your scheduled treatment. However, it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.

6. System Assistance

If you encounter any issues when booking, cancelling, or rescheduling, please contact me directly for assistance.

7. PaymentA card on file may be required to secure your booking. All missed appointment charges, late cancellations, and no-shows will be charged to the card on file.
