Policies

By booking, you agree that all courses and treatment packages are offered at a discounted rate and must be paid in full upfront to secure your appointments and reserved time, if you are unsure about committing to a full course you may choose pay-as-you-go single sessions instead.

If you book online or remotely you have a 14-day cooling-off period in which you may cancel for a refund - provided no treatments have been used, minus payment processing fees (1.6% for standard card payments or 8% for Klarna).

If you choose to begin treatment within the 14-day period, you agree that you will be charged for any sessions used, which will be deducted at the standard single-session rate rather than the discounted package rate. Once the 14-day cooling-off period has passed and you have attended one or more treatments, all payments are non-refundable and unused sessions cannot be redeemed for cash.

Refunds or credits will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons and may require reasonable supporting evidence (e.g. a doctor’s note) and are granted at our discretion.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment; failure to provide this will result in the session being deducted from your package and being non-refundable or transferable.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are suitable for treatment prior to booking and you are advised to request and complete a consultation form by contacting savvysbodysculpt@outlook.com or 07743 124087 Please do not assume suitability based on treatments received elsewhere. This policy applies to all current and future bookings and does not affect your statutory rights.
