Booking policy

Before making a booking, please ensure you are eligible to receive treatment. If you have already confirmed your suitability you may proceed with your booking. If you are unsure please contact us to request an online health form.

If you have received treatment elsewhere, please do not assume you are suitable for treatment with us. A consultation form must be completed prior to booking.

Please note: It is your responsibility to confirm your eligibility before booking. Our standard refund policy applies in all cases.

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellations or changes are permitted within 48 hours (2 days) of your appointment.
• By booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.

Course Policy

• Full payment is required upfront for all courses due to discounted package pricing.
• A course of 5 treatments must be completed within 8 weeks from the first session.
• A course of 10 treatments must be completed within 16 weeks from the first session.

Refundable Retainers

• A 14-day cooling-off period applies.
• Within this period, 50% of your retainer will be refunded. The remaining 50% covers consultation, card processing, service, and booking fees.
• If a doctor’s note is provided within the 14-day period, a 90% refund will be issued.
• If one or more treatments have been carried out, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the treatment being non-refundable and non-transferable.
