After a PCA Skin treatment, you should protect your skin from heat and sun, keep it moisturised with gentle products, and avoid harsh exfoliants and certain active ingredients for a period of time.

Key steps include staying out of direct sun, not using makeup for at least 24 hours, avoiding excessive heat like hot showers and saunas for a few days, not touching or picking at the skin, and not resuming strong products like retinols and AHAs for a specified duration, as recommended.
