You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled start time and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking.
If less than 48 hours notice is given you lose your deposit and full payment will be required to confirm your next booking.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged the full treatment cost to cover the loss of earnings and time taken.
No shows will also be will be charged the full treatment cost to cover the loss of earnings and will be expected to pay in full at booking of any future appointments.
Please be mindful that arriving late to an appointment may result in necessary reduction in the treatment time, which will still be priced at the full treatment price.
Extra time is added to the end of each appointment, this is done intentionally to offer you the client time and space to unwind, take your time and hydrate post treatment.
We reserve the right to amend treatment prices from time to time. Our website will always display the most up-to-date pricing information.
