This is essential for promoting the lymphatic system to move toxins through the kidneys and out of your body - Avoid consuming alcohol or caffeine for the next 24hrs - Allow yourself to relax and avoid strenuous activity for the remainder of the day - Wait 24 hrs before taking a hot shower or bath as the hot water may intensify any inflammation - Avoid heavy, unhealthy meals - Remember that massage is a form of exercise for the muscles and so you should treat them as if recovering from a workout - Add epsom salts to baths to help relieve any soreness or inflammation.
