1. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance via the website or approved booking platforms. Appointments are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
2. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Package deals may require a higher deposit, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Remaining balances must be paid in full before or immediately after treatment.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited. This is to avoid delays to other clients.
5. Consultations & Treatment Suitability
All clients must complete a consultation and medical history form prior to treatment. Treatments are carried out only if deemed safe and suitable. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if there are medical contraindications, concerns regarding aftercare compliance, or unrealistic expectations. Deposits are non-refundable in these cases.
6. Results & Expectations
Results from aesthetic treatments vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical records and, with consent, marketing purposes.
7. Aftercare Responsibility
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare advice provided. Failure to do so may affect results and increase the risk of complications. We are not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
8. Refund Policy
All treatments and deposits are non-refundable. Once a treatment has been carried out, refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes can vary.
9. Minors
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic treatments. Valid photo ID may be requested.
10. Hygiene & Safety
We adhere to strict hygiene and infection control standards. Clients who arrive visibly unwell, with contagious conditions, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused treatment and may forfeit their deposit.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. Client information will never be shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.
12. Right to Amend
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
