At SilkHoney&Scissors, we are committed to providing an exceptional, personalised experience for every guest. To maintain the highest level of service, please review and respect our booking policies below: Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be credited toward your final balance. Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service total. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to respect following clients’ time, and your deposit may be forfeited. Appointment Readiness Please arrive with your hair detangled. Additional fees may apply for detangling.
