Services

SilkHoney&Scissors provides luxury natural hair care services as outlined on our website. Services may be modified or discontinued without notice.

Bookings & Lateness

• All appointments must be made via our official website; we do not accept bookings via phone, email, or social media.
• Lateness Policy: Please arrive on time. Clients more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled. Deposits may be forfeited.

Deposits & Payments

• A deposit is required to confirm bookings; the remaining balance is payable on the day by card or cash.
• Prices are listed on the booking platform and may change.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate contact info and disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions.

Liability & Personal Property

Client Conduct

Filming & Social Media

• Please request permission before filming or posting salon services.
• Photos/videos may be taken by SilkHoney&Scissors for marketing. Please inform us if you do not wish to appear.
