Cancellation policy

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with no charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged the full 100% cost of your booking. No charge will be taken if I have to cancel or change your appointment due to my own circumstances.


No shows/Illness

If you do not turn up to your appointment you will be charged the full 100% cost of your booking. You will be unable to rebook with me until this has been paid. If you turn up to your appointment unwell you may be refused service and sent away. As per my cancellation policy, you can reschedule with no charge up to 48 hours before your appointment.


Lateness

You must arrive on time to your appointment. If you are UP TO 15 minutes late, your appointment will be shortened/adjusted accordingly. If you are MORE THAN 15 minutes late, I may be unable to go ahead with your appointment and you will be charged for the full 100% cost of your booking.



Forced cancellations

Any appointment can be cancelled or ended at any stage by myself as a professional if deemed necessary. This will only constitute a charge if the appointment is cancelled/ended due to rude or anti-social behaviour or if l am given a reason within less than 48 hours before your appointment date to terminate the appointment. Your appointment may be cancelled/ended if your consultation form highlights an issue that prevents me carrying out your treatment. If you arrive to your appointment with an issue that I was not made aware of you may still be charged if I cannot perform the service you have booked. It’s important you complete/update consultation forms at least 48 before your appointment so you won’t be charged if I am given reason to not go through with the service.


Other important info

Strictly NO UNDER 16’s and NO CHILDREN are allowed in my studio. My insurance does not cover these and I will not be able to carry out your treatment. Please arrive to your appointment alone unless discussed with me prior to your appointment. If your nails are severely damaged I will not be able to apply any product to them. As frustrating as this is, I care more about the health of your nails and want to protect them. I do NOT offer/remove acrylic or any form of extensions, these will need to be removed elsewhere before your appointment. You must arrive to your appointment with bare nails unless you have a soak off booked. You will still be charged if you come to your appointment with any of the above and I cannot perform the service you have booked.
