Your time at Skin 2 Soul is intentionally unhurried, private and deeply restorative. The following guidelines help protect the calm, one-to-one experience each client deserves.
⏰ Arrival
To preserve the peaceful flow of the day, please arrive at your appointment time.
If you arrive early, I kindly ask that you rest in your car or upon the bench until I let you know your space is ready. This allows me to fully reset the room and energy between each client so you receive the experience you deserve.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. Full treatment fees still apply.
📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
If you need to move or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee.
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be charged the full treatment amount.
This policy protects the time and energy held for every client.
💳 Booking Fee & Payments
A 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Appointments are confirmed only once the booking fee has been received.
