Booking Terms & Conditions
Skin & Sculpt with Shauna
By booking an appointment with Skin & Sculpt with Shauna, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to ensure fairness, clarity, and smooth operation of the business.
1. Appointments & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of Skin & Sculpt with Shauna.
- Gift vouchers are non refundable under any circumstances.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than full 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit & request for the remaining balance of treatment as it is difficult to fill an appointment when cancelled at such short notice. The only expections to this are genuine illness or emergency circumstances. Unfortunately I cannot accommodate for a change in your circumstances or schedule if needing to cancel your appointment. Full payment will then be required.
- Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the full forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
- In cases of genuine illness or exceptional circumstances, a deposit may be transferred or refunded at the discretion of Skin & Sculpt with Shauna.
- Proof may be requested where appropriate.
- Cancellations for reasons other than illness or exceptional circumstances are not guaranteed to receive a payment transfer.
4. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delays to other clients.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
5. Right to Refuse Service
- Skin & Sculpt with Shauna reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
- In such cases, deposits or payments will be handled at the discretion of the business.
6. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- Skin & Sculpt with Shauna reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- The most current version will always apply to bookings.
