1. Appointments Booking: Appointments can be made via our online booking system. At the time of booking you will need to complete a consultation form and make payment in full. Bookings will go live at the beginning of the month for the month ahead. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling. Consultations: New clients are required to complete a consultation form to ensure treatments are suitable. Skin and Sister are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. 2. Cancellations & No-Shows Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge for the treatment. Prepaid Packages: Missed appointments without prior notice may result in the loss of the treatment from any prepaid packages. 3. Deposits Full payment is required upon booking. Non-Refundable: Payment is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show. 4. Treatment Suitability Health Disclosure: Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the treatment including pregnancy. Contraindications: Certain conditions may prevent the provision of specific treatments. The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable. 5. Payment Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. Full Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for services rendered. If dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly. 6. Gift Vouchers Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Non-Transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Usage: Vouchers must be presented at the time of the appointment. 7. Conduct Respectful Behaviour: We expect all clients to behave respectfully towards our staff and other clients. Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or violating policy. 8. Data Protection Privacy: Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for appointment and treatment purposes. Consent: By booking an appointment, you consent to the collection and use of your data. 9. Health & Safety Hygiene Standards: We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. Illness Policy: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Certain treatments may not be suitable during illness. Skin and Sister reserved the right to update the terms and conditions at any time with immediate effect.
