I had such a lovely experience with the Environ & CACI Bespoke Facial. From start to finish, the treatment was incredibly relaxing and personalised to my skin’s needs. My skin felt instantly refreshed, hydrated and beautifully smooth afterwards, with a noticeable healthy glow. Maria was absolutely fantastic throughout the treatment. She was so professional, knowledgeable and attentive, making me feel completely comfortable and in very capable hands. Her care and attention to detail really made the whole experience feel special and personalised. Maria is lovely. I booked a consultation and she cleansed my face and moisturised it and gave me information about my skin and recommendations for what I can do going forward.

Maria is very good at her job, she does a really good Casi treatment with a face massage thrown in. 100% worth the money to feel pampered and energised in a lovely relaxing room and top of the range treatments. I will be going regularly for treatments with Maria.

I recently had a bespoke CACI & Environ facial and it was honestly incredible! The whole experience was so relaxing and the gorgeous arm and hand massage at the end completed the treatment beautifully. My skin looked brighter, fresher, and more lifted afterwards, and it felt so hydrated and healthy. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you for such a lovely treatment, it was exactly the self-care treat I didn’t realise I needed! I would highly recommend booking in if you’re thinking about it. 😊
