Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24hr in advance without penalty.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled on the day of the appointment will incur a fee:

Standard: 50% of the booking fee

Please be mindful that last minute cancellations are hard to fill and detrimental to small businesses

Pricing

Full prices are available via the online booking system.

Client Responsibility

Clients must inform us of any medical changes

Payment

Payments can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer.

Booking an Appointment

Unfortunately there are no walk in appointments. 

Each appointment can be made through the Booking app or Mobile phone to book directly with me.

Late Arrivals

I will do my best to fit in what I can of your chosen treatment within the remaining allocated time left.
