After care Facials •Drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated and encourage the skin detoxification process to continue. •Apply SPF minimum of SPF50 to protect your skin from harmful rays. Ideally, stay out of the UV light, i.e., sun or sunbeds. •Avoid makeup for the next 48 hours •Do not pick or squeeze your skin. •Do not exfoliate for the next 10 days. Be gentle to your skin with a gentle. cleanser for the next 10 days. •Avoid heat treatments such as sauna, steam, facial laser, or waxing for the next 14 days •Avoid the gym or swimming for the next 48 hours Massage •Drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated and encourage the body’s detoxification process to continue. •Stretch gently. •Avoid alcohol or caffeine. •Take a warm bath or shower to soothe any sore muscles. •Avoid heavy physical activities for 48 hours •Avoid heavy meals •Get an early night Manicures and pedicures •Avoid using any harsh soaps or contact with harsh chemicals after your treatment. •Preferably, try to wear gloves when doing activities such as gardening, washing the dishes, etc, to prevent the nail polish from being removed or causing any damage to the nails such as chipping. •Apply recommended Cuticle Oil daily to nourish the nail plate. •Apply recommended foot cream to avoid excess hard skin. •Do not pick Gel Polish from your nails, as this will damage the natural nail. •Wear open toe shoes if you have polish. Lash treatments Lash lift •Be gentle with your lashes; no rubbing. •Do not get your lashes wet for the first 24 hrs. •Do not use harsh products on your eyes/lashes. •Use of Sauna/Steam is possible after 24 hours but may weaken the effect of the lift. Lash and brow tinting •Avoid washing your hair, eyelids, eyelashes, eyebrows, or swimming for 24 hours, as these activities can cause the tint results to fade. •Avoid exfoliating facial cleansers. •Those containing AHA's or other chemical exfoliates may decrease the life of your tint. Waxing •Apply a soothing lotion, such as aloe vera gel, to the treated area to help reduce redness and irritation. •Wear a hat or use an umbrella to protect your brows from the sun when spending time outdoors. •Avoid using makeup on the treated area for the first 24 hours after the treatment. •No self-tanning products to the area for 24 hours.
