Terms of Service

Pre- appointment arrival - • Please remove heavy makeup before attending your appointment. This allows me more time to work on your skin conditions. • Removal of Gel Polish - please ensure that you have Gel Polish and not Gel nails to remove. We don't hold equipment for the removal Gel NAILS. • Pedicures - If you have any verrucas or contagious foot conditions, pedicures services will not be provided. Your deposit will be held as a payment for this time taken.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy I understand that from time to time, things can change, and you need to cancel or reschedule your beauty appointment. To cancel appointments please give us 48-hour notice prior to your appointment. Failure to notify me within this time will incure a charge of 100% of the overall cost.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will be charged and may have lost your appointment.

If you do not show up at all, you are responsible for 100% of the amount of scheduled the service, and no further bookings will be booked until this is paid.

This amount is payable immediately via cash, BACS. payment. Sorry, we do not accept cheques.

This policy is also applicable to anything covid related. Thank you for your understanding.


All appointments policy

When clients book an appointment, I ask for a £10 non-refundable fee to be paid within an hour of booking the appointment by BACS or cash. The payment details will be on the email confirmation. Please check this. The booking fee will be taken off the treatment payment at the end. Without the booking fee being paid, I can not confirm your appointment. Any appointments outside normal working hours carry a premium.

Refund policy

REFUND POLICY – PRODUCTS We cannot give refunds on any products sold due to personal hygiene and health and safety reasons. If there is a fault with the product, we can send it back to the manufacturer for review.

REFUND POLICY – SERVICES Our treatments are carried out by a qualified therapist. If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with, please bring it to the attention of the therapist and follow the complaints procedure (detailed below). We do not give refunds on any treatments. However, we will look into your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.Section content

Once you have purchased any treatment or course of treatments, we do not refund the payment. However, you can exchange your treatment for another treatment.


Children Policy

I ask clients to attend alone as my treatment room is small. Please do not bring children. This is due to health & safety and insurance purposes. I want to provide a relaxed environment for you during your ‘me time’ appointment.
