Pre- appointment arrival - • Please remove heavy makeup before attending your appointment. This allows me more time to work on your skin conditions. • Removal of Gel Polish - please ensure that you have Gel Polish and not Gel nails to remove. We don't hold equipment for the removal Gel NAILS. • Pedicures - If you have any verrucas or contagious foot conditions, pedicures services will not be provided. Your deposit will be held as a payment for this time taken.
REFUND POLICY – PRODUCTS We cannot give refunds on any products sold due to personal hygiene and health and safety reasons. If there is a fault with the product, we can send it back to the manufacturer for review. REFUND POLICY – SERVICES Our treatments are carried out by a qualified therapist. If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with, please bring it to the attention of the therapist and follow the complaints procedure (detailed below). We do not give refunds on any treatments. However, we will look into your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.Section content Once you have purchased any treatment or course of treatments, we do not refund the payment. I ask clients to attend alone as my treatment room is small. Please do not bring children. This is due to health & safety and insurance purposes. I want to provide a relaxed environment for you during your ‘me time’ appointment.
