Sol Artistry was created from a love of beautiful nails and the belief that your appointment should feel like more than simply another service.
Now located within Sorelle & Sol, our boutique beauty sanctuary in Tannum Sands, Sol Artistry offers a considered approach to nail care where artistry, nail health and attention to detail come together. Every appointment is personalised, unrushed and delivered with intention because beautiful results should never come at the expense of the health of your natural nails.
Quality and safety remain at the heart of my work. Professional-grade products and equipment are carefully selected, with strict hygiene and infection-control practices maintained between every client. Tools, equipment and work areas are appropriately cleaned, disinfected and/or sterilised, with single-use disposables incorporated wherever required.
I am a qualified nail artist with a genuine love for detailed, creative nail work. After taking time away from the industry to grow my family, I have returned to beauty with a renewed vision for the experience I want to offer my clients. I am also continuing my studies in Beauty Therapy, allowing my knowledge and services to evolve alongside Sol Artistry.
Outside the salon, I’m a busy mum of three, which has shaped so much of what Sol represents to me. I understand how valuable time for yourself can be. I want your appointment to be a moment to slow down, reconnect and leave feeling polished, confident and cared for.

Gel Polish / Shellac Manicure A classic, lightweight manicure for clients wanting beautiful colour and shine without the added structure of BIAB or builder gel. Includes detailed nail and cuticle preparation, natural nail shaping and your choice of gel polish colour, finished with nourishing cuticle care. Perfect for clients with naturally strong nails who don’t require additional strength or structure, or those wanting a simple, polished finish. Please note: Gel polish is a flexible coating and does not provide the same strength or reinforcement as a structured gel/BIAB service. If your nails are prone to breaking, bending or require additional support, a Structured Gel Manicure may be better suited to you. Nail art and removal of existing product must be booked separately where required.

I am happy to infill over existing product where I am confident in the product, application and condition of the enhancement. This generally includes work applied by reputable professional or home-based nail technicians using professional nail systems. All existing product will be assessed at your appointment. If the product is unknown, excessively lifted, damaged, incompatible with the products used at Sol Artistry, or there are concerns regarding the product or application, including suspected MMA-containing enhancement product, I may require a full removal and fresh application rather than proceeding with an infill. If additional removal or corrective work is required, additional charges will apply. This will be discussed with you before proceeding. **Shopping-centre/mall salon product or product of unknown origin may require full removal and cannot be guaranteed suitable for an infill.

Sol Artistry Removal Only For clients wanting their Sol Artistry product professionally removed without reapplication. Your existing product will be carefully reduced and/or removed using the appropriate removal method, followed by gentle shaping and finishing of the natural nails. This service is designed to prioritise the health and integrity of your natural nails — no picking, peeling or unnecessary damage. Please note: This service is for product originally applied by Sol Artistry only. If your current product was applied elsewhere, please book External Product Removal instead.

At Sol Artistry your nail health and safety are always my top priority. When you come in for removal of nail enhancements that were applied elsewhere, including acrylics, gel, builder gels, dip systems, or other artificial products.
Removal of products applied by another salon can be more complex and time intensive than removing enhancements I originally applied myself. I don’t always know what product systems or chemicals were used previously, and different brands and formulas soak or file off at very different rates.
Some lower-cost, unlabelled or unknown products may contain methyl methacrylate (MMA) or other non-professional components that are harder and more rigid than widely accepted alternatives. MMA is still sometimes used in inexpensive supplies because it’s cheaper, but it has been linked with:
• Increase the risk of allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, respiratory irritation (from strong fumes during filing or soaking), or contact dermatitis for both the client and technician which is why careful, controlled removal is essential. • Difficulty dissolving in acetone • Unusually hard, inflexible enhancements • Longer removal times (sometimes up to 1–2 hours) • Increased filing and soak-off time, which means more exposure to solvents • Higher risk of natural nail damage if removed incorrectly or forcefully.
Although MMA is not banned in Australia, health authorities strongly recommend against its use in nail salons, professional grade products like ethyl methacrylate (EMA) and industry approved gel systems are designed to be soaked off in a reasonable amount of time and are gentler on the natural nail.
Included with your appointment is a complimentary nail assessment, where I will:
