Hi, I’m Sarah, a qualified Reflexologist based in Hayes, Bromley. I offer Reflexology treatment’s from Serenity in South Croydon and my home in Hayes. I also offer a mobile service covering Hayes, West Wickham and Shirley, Coney Hall, Beckenham and South Croydon. As well as being a Reflexologist, I am also a physiotherapist of 16 years and work as a physiotherapist for the NHS alongside my Reflexology practise. I have always been passionate about health and wellbeing. A few years ago, I experienced the profound benefits of Reflexology, particularly in relieving stress, restoring balance and supporting overall health. Inspire by its impact, I trained as a Reflexologist and haven’t looked back! I truly enjoy working with and helping people, especially being able to support and facilitate their health and wellness.

Reflexology is an ancient healing technique, involving applied pressure to specific points on the feet which correspond to different organs, glands and systems within your body. Stimulation of these reflex points can help to promote deep relaxation, alleviate stress and tension and support your body’s innate self healing ability. Reflexology is often used to support the management of various health conditions by balancing energy and restoring harmony within the body. It’s a non-invasive, gentle treatment that works to enhance overall health and wellbeing.

Reduces stress and anxiety Releases tension Improves mood Increased wellbeing Promotes restful sleep Supports the body’s self healing process Reflexology can be helpful for a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to: stress and anxiety, sleep problems, pain management, hormonal imbalance, fertility issues and digestive issues.

You will be barefoot and comfortably reclined on a therapy bed or chair. Your feet will be cleansed with warm flannels and balm or oil is applied. Light to medium pressure is then used on reflex points, combined with relaxation massage techniques, to create a soothing and deeply relaxing experience. After the treatment, you may feel deeply relaxed or even energised, depending on your body’s response.
