- Appointments & Deposits
• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
• Deposits will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

- Cancellations & Rescheduling
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given.
• Deposits are non-refundable, but with 24+ hours’ notice your deposit may be transferred to a future booking.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
• If I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will be offered a full refund of your deposit or the option to transfer it to a future booking.

- Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible results and for your own safety:
• Please follow all pre-tan and aftercare instructions provided.
• I cannot spray tan clients who present with sunburn, fresh tattoos, or open wounds. In this case, the appointment will not go ahead and the deposit will be forfeited.
• It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.

- Results Disclaimer
• Individual results may vary depending on skin type, preparation, and aftercare.
• I do not take responsibility for results affected by factors outside of my control, such as failure to follow preparation/aftercare advice, skin conditions, or product use after your appointment.

- Liability
• All treatments are carried out with professional care and attention using high-quality products.
• I am not liable for any adverse reactions if you fail to disclose relevant medical information, allergies, or skin sensitivities.
• Patch tests are available on request and may be required for some clients.

- Payments
• All balances must be paid in full at the time of your appointment.
• Payment methods accepted: cash or card

- Photography & Marketing
• With your consent, I may take photos of your tan results for marketing purposes (website, social media, promotional materials).
• You have the right to decline photography at any time.
