Welcome to South Tan by Sue. By booking an appointment with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Appointments & Deposits • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. • Deposits will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling • If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given or full payment will be required. • Deposits are non-refundable. • If I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will be offered a full refund of your deposit or the option to transfer it to a future booking.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible results and for your own safety: • Please follow all pre-tan and aftercare instructions provided. • I cannot spray tan clients who present with sunburn, fresh tattoos, or open wounds. In this case, the appointment will not go ahead and the deposit will be forfeited. • It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.
Results Disclaimer • Individual results may vary depending on skin type, preparation, and aftercare. • I do not take responsibility for results affected by factors outside of my control, such as failure to follow preparation/aftercare advice, skin conditions, or product use after your appointment.
Liability • All treatments are carried out with professional care and attention using high-quality products. • I am not liable for any adverse reactions if you fail to disclose relevant medical information, allergies, or skin sensitivities. • Patch tests are available on request and may be required for some clients.
Clothing Liability Policy
At South Tan by Sue, every care is taken to provide a professional, high-quality spray tan using premium solutions and correct application techniques. However, spray tanning involves cosmetic products that develop on the skin and may transfer during the development period.

While all reasonable precautions are taken, South Tan by Sue cannot accept liability for any transfer, marking, or damage to clothing, fabrics, or personal items.
Clear Tan (Invisible Tan) – Important Information
Clear tan is designed to develop without an initial bronzer, reducing visible transfer. However:

Payments • All balances must be paid in full at the time of your appointment. • Payment methods accepted: cash or card
Photography & Marketing • With your consent, I may take photos of your tan results for marketing purposes (website, social media, promotional materials). • You have the right to decline photography at any time.
