Henry is an absolutely excellent masseur and therapist. He is very knowledgeable about anatomy and I have been returning to him for years because he understands the root causes of my muscle tension well. After having surgery, I was a little nervous about my first session with Henry but he immediately made me feel calm. He is very gentle and considerate but his technique is very effective. There was no pain or discomfort but I felt all my tense muscles gradually ease and relax. During our next session, I asked him to focus on my stiff and sore shoulder and he was able to ease the pain considerably. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Henry is amazing, he does this deep tissue massage that doesn't hurt. He gets rid of all of your knots with a gentle deep tissue, it is an amazing technique. He also has the most calm vibe, I always feel super relaxed after, especially after a crazy day at work, Henry grounds me.
