Terms and conditions

All appointments must be booked through artificial online booking system. A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service which can be paid by cash or card at your appointment. Appointment availability is subject to change.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. I’ll rebook using our booking system you are able to do so 24 hours before your appointment any time after this annual deposit will be nonrefundable. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and you will be charged 50% of the service(the deposit fee) future bookings may require full upfront payment.

The remaining balance of your tooth gem service is due in full at the time of your appointment. We accept the following payment methods cash, credit/debit card.

You must be at least 16 years old to receive a tooth gym application. If you are under 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who can provide consent alongside your ID. Tooth gems are applied to natural teeth only. We cannot apply tooth gems to veneers, crowns, or any artificial dental work.. we reserve the right to refuse service if, upon assessment, we decide that a tooth gym application is not suitable for your oral hygiene (e.g active cavities, gum disease, recent dental work, poor oral). in such cases, your deposit will not be refunded. you must inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to your appointment.

We will provide detailed after-care instructions following your tooth chair application. It is crucial to follow these instructions to ensure the launch gravity of your tooth jam and maintaining good oral hygiene. The longevity of your teeth jam can vary and it’s dependent on various factors, including individual oral hygiene, diet, and lifestyle.We do not guarantee the exact lifespan of any tooth gem. We are not responsible for tooth crystals that that fall off due to improper aftercare or not natural wear

While tooth crystal application is generally safe, there are potential risks, including but not limited to, minor tooth sensitivity, gum irritation, or chipping of the tooth gem. By proceeding with the service, you acknowledge and accept these potential risks. We are not licensed dentists and do not offer dental or medical advice. Our service is purely cosmetic. in the unlikely event of any adverse reaction or concern, please consult a dental professional immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punctuated damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether in care directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third-party on the service; (c) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms and conditions will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our booking system after any such changes constitutes your exception of the new terms.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by an construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of England and Wales.
