Wash the face thoroughly and few hours after the treatment. Gently massage the face with tepid water & remove all serum & other debris such as dried blood. This will improve the appearance of the skin & also allow for better subsequent absorption of any post-session topical products. Mineral make up may be applied the following day. For the first 1-3 days, the skin may feel dry & tight. Moisturisers will help to alleviate this. After 3 days, you can return to regular skincare products or as soon as it’s comfortable to do so. Vitamin A products are optimal & suggested. Avoid alcohol based toners for 10-14 days. Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 10 days if possible. Do not apply chemical sunscreen the same day as treatment. After the procedure, take precaution against sun exposure. Since the skin’s channels are open for a period of time after treatment, it’s recommended to use a sunscreen designed for sensitive skin & post cosmetic procedures. For best results, it’s recommended to repeat the treatment every 4-8 weeks, up to 4-8 times (individual clients will vary).
Wear SPF 40/50 daily. No swimming for 7 days post treatment. No excessive exercise for 24 hours. No exfoliation for 7 days. No other facial treatments for 2 weeks after. No sauna, steam or sunbeds for 48 hours. No makeup for 24-48 hours. Avoids products such as Retinol/Vitamin A Retinoids for 1 week before & 1 weeks after. Do not use any facial scrubs or products that abrades the skin for 7 days. Stay well hydrated. Some dryness & mild flaking may occur around day 3 or 4.
Avoid using steam rooms, saunas or sunbeds for at least 48 hours post treatment. Avoid getting the lashes excessively wet for the first 24 hours. Facials & other face treatments should be avoided for 24 hours. Be gentle around your brows, try not to rub them when washing your face, always pat dry & remember to brush them upwards after washing. It is not advised for you to apply makeup or any self tan products for 48 hours following on from your treatment. Remember to book your next brow lamination appointment for 4-6 weeks time.

Be gentle around your eyes, try not to rub them when washing your face, always pat dry & avoid playing with the shape. Try not to apply make up for the first 48 hours. Waterproof mascaras should be avoided at all times. Make sure to protect your lashes when your sleep; you don’t want your lashes to be manipulated into different positions. Remember to book your next lash lift appointment for 6-8 weeks time.
Avoid getting them excessively wet for the first 24 hours. Don’t use oil-based products around the eye area. Don’t use mascara on them. Don’t use eyelash curlers. Don’t sleep on your front or your side. Brush & clean them daily (I do stock aftercare kits which include lash extensions shampoo). Don’t pick or pull at them. Book your infills for every 2-3 weeks.
