Aftercare

• Avoid touching or applying pressure to the area for 6 hours
• Avoid makeup, facials, and active skincare for 24–72 hours
• Avoid alcohol, heat (saunas/sunbeds), and exercise for 24–48 hours
• Do not massage the area unless advised
• Use a cool compress to reduce swelling if needed
• Mild swelling, bruising, and tenderness are normal
