Appointments & Deposits All appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your slot. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if sufficient notice is given.
Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
This policy allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients.
Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients, and in some cases the appointment may need to be rescheduled, with the cancellation policy applied.
Suitability for Treatment All clients must complete a consultation and medical history form before treatment. Treatment will only be carried out if it is deemed safe and appropriate.
Results Individual results may vary. While every effort is made to achieve the desired outcome, results cannot be guaranteed due to individual factors such as metabolism, lifestyle, and anatomy.
Refunds Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds cannot be given for treatments already carried out.
Age Requirement Clients must be 18 years or older to receive injectable treatments.
Right to Refuse Treatment We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not considered safe, appropriate, or in the client’s best interest.
