Deposits

All bookings require a full payment to be confirmed. By paying your booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Removals

Studio Snoh do not remove the following products. (no polish, biab, sns, gel or acrylic) Removal gel or soft builder gel (BIAB) work is £17. If you arrive with gel, biab, sns, acrylic, or any other nail enhancement, not applied by Studio Snoh, we reserve the right to refuse your custom.

Timekeeping

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to amend the treatment to fit the time left. In situations where this is not possible, we will be forced to cancel the appointment. If we have to cancel your appointment due to lateness, you will be classed as a No-Show and still be subject to changes. Appointments are 3-weekly recurring.

Cancellation + Reschedules

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Reschedules can be within 3 weeks of your original booking. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting Studio Snoh via phone number 07484353413. If your appointment is cancelled within 72 hours' of your booking, your service cost is non-refundable. If in case of emergency or extenuating circumstances discretion will be used

No Shows

No-shows will result in a nonrefundable and nontransferable 100% service fee. No Show is defined as: Not attending your appointment, without contacting us to advise that you're not coming or cancelling at unreasonably short notice without good reason.
