Appointments are booked through the website, the link can be found on the Facebook page and Instagram page, if the client are more than 10 minutes late for the appointment then the service will be cancelled and only get back 50% refund, cancellations are free 24 hours before the appointment, if the client cancels after the 24 hour period mark the refund will only be 50%, if the client happens to be a no-show then no refund will be given back and the client will be blocked for future appointments. When rescheduling, please do this 24 hours before appointment time, If the therapist needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment then the client will be notified and able to rebook for another appointment.

Prices vary for each service as they are different priced. Cash and card payments are accepted and bank transfer payments. Card payments are made through Tap to Pay on IPhone. No deposit is required to book an appointment, in future this might change. Prices of services do not include VAT.

There are no age restrictions to getting a massage however if children are to get a service provided then they are required to have Adult Supervision. You can not receive any services if you’ve just recently had surgery done to any area of the body and pregnancies after the first trimester you can not receive a treatment. If you are suffering from a Skin Condition or Skin Disease, you cannot receive a treatment. Please disclose any type of medical condition you have in the consultation forms any chance you get. Please also disclose any type of allergy you have.

This is a professional environment, Rude behaviour will not be tolerated, if this happens the therapist has every right to cancel the service there and then, ask the client to leave the premises and the client will be blocked from future appointments, No refund will be granted. Any type of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, the service will be cancelled there and then and this will result in consequences. Mobile phones are aloud, along with food and drinks as long as they are out the way of the therapist and service for this to result in no spillage. Children are welcomed to come along as long as they are on their best behaviour, pets are welcomed to as there is a dog in the house.

GIFT VOUCHERS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE FUTURE. There is no expiration date and valid from when the gift voucher is purchased. Vouchers can be redeemed through cash and card. If the client cancels and using a gift voucher they will have another chance to book, however, if the client cancels after their second chance, the voucher will no longer be valid and will have to pay full price for future payments.
