I first visited Syla when I was pregnant for the ‘sculpt’ facial. I was in my third trimester and feeling exhausted so was more looking forward to relaxing and was not that focussed on the results but I was blown away! Kasha is a true master of her craft and an expert at making you feel truly comfortable and relaxed throughout. She took time to chat through my skincare regime and whether I was experiencing hormonal changes to my skin etc and adjusted products she used to fit my needs perfectly. Not only did I have the most relaxing experience ever but I left the (gorgeous!) studio with a better idea of which products suited my skin type and more importantly with cheek bones and a jaw line I hadn’t gone in with. I have just last week been back for a Qi facial since was as blown away by the results as I had been with the Sculpt facial I had previously. The Qi was phenomenal and I had an amazing massage while the beads were doing their thing. My skin felt rejuvenated and visibly plump and the overall tone felt even and glowy immediately after. I saw my friend the following day (who didn’t know I had been for a treatment) and the first thing she said to me was “Oh my god your skin looks amazing!!”. Truly the best facial(s) I’ve ever had! I cannot recommend Kasha enough and I’m already excited to go back for more, especially leading up to my wedding day for the perfect glow.

I’ve struggled with mild acne for years, and more recently I’ve started dealing with pigmentation as well. When I spoke to Kasha about my concerns, she was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really understand my skin. She gave me thoughtful advice and product recommendations tailored specifically to my skin goals. Her studio is peaceful, and she put me at ease straight away. She is warm, friendly, and has a really calming presence — you instantly feel like you’re in safe hands. I’ve had two appointments with her now, and I left both feeling so relaxed, with my skin glowing. I’m so grateful to have found her. It’s so good to have her to advise and support my journey toward healthier, happier skin, and I couldn’t recommend her more.

Had the most incredible facial at Syla Skin this afternoon! At 37 weeks pregnant it was the perfect treat, that felt both functional and luxurious. Kasha was amazing from start to finish, adjusting the treatment to cater for pregnancy and always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. It was such a comprehensive treatment, my skin looks so radiant and glowy and even my jaw line is more defined! Can’t wait to return :)

Kasha was so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about skin. She really took the time to listen to all of my skin concerns and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the treatment. First facial at Syla today and I will definitely be back there soon. Super knowledgable, really listened to my skin concerns, as well as checking in on my likes and dislikes. Also love when any technician is so passionate about what they do - and how they can support you with treatments. 10/10 recommend! Also - I am in my third trimester and Kasha really took the time to edit and discuss my comfort and amend my treatment plan, basically a customised facial, as well as give me recommendations for new treatments to look forward to once the baby is here! With sensitive skin, a history of rosacea and now experiencing the challenges of the menopause on my skin, I was delighted with the results from my facial with Kasha. Not only did she make me feel comfortable and cared for, she listened to my issues and made many personal recommendations to improve my skin.
