All appointments require a valid card to secure the booking. By booking, you authorise any applicable cancellation or no-show charge to be taken from the card provided.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price. Missed appointments without cancellation incur a charge of up to 100% of the treatment price, based on the loss incurred.
Arriving late may shorten your treatment so the next client isn’t affected, but the full treatment price will still apply.
