My reflexology massage was truly exceptional, both deeply relaxing and incredibly rejuvenating. The location is central and easy to find, and the venue itself is spotless and well-maintained. I’ve been treated by Anabel for more than 10 years. When I came to her originally with an awful case of inflammatory arthritis and regular flare-ups that made me unable to walk and bed-bound for days at times, she was very supportive and helpful in many ways. She is an amazing massage therapist, intelligent, well-informed, full of ideas and advice and a thorough researcher who is truly in a league of her own. She brings a wonderful holistic approach to every session, looking at the body as a whole rather than just treating a single sore spot. It’s clear that she has a deep knowledge of the body and anatomy and has been researching the ways to deal with chronic pain and inflammatory conditions. She is always able to identify and release the source of the pain and prevent further inflammation. I usually leave her feeling balanced, grounded, and physically renewed. Highly recommend
