All appointments required a non-refundable £10 deposit to secure the booking.

Reschedule an appointment 48 prior, and your deposit moves with the appointment ONCE. Same day cancellations required 50% of the appointment cost to secure another appointment.

Any fixes 48 after the appointment is free, anything after this time will be charged at £3 per nail.
