💎 🌙 A beautiful, gentle, relaxing and safe experience.
Crystal healing is a complementary or alternative therapy that involves using crystals or gemstones to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. While scientific evidence supporting crystal healing is limited, many people report personal benefits and find it meaningful as part of their holistic wellness practices.
Benefits of Crystal Healing:
🌿 Stress Reduction and Relaxation.
Holding or meditating with crystals can promote a sense of calm and mindfulness. The act of focusing on the crystal’s energy can help reduce anxiety and tension, similar to meditation or deep breathing.
🧘 Enhanced Emotional Balance.
Crystals are believed to absorb, direct, or balance energy fields around the body. People use stones like rose quartz for love and compassion, or amethyst for emotional stability and peace.
💫 Improved Focus and Clarity.
Crystals such as clear quartz or fluorite are thought to help clear mental fog and boost concentration. Many practitioners use them during meditation or decision-making to promote clear thinking.
❤️ Energy Alignment and Chakra Healing
In many traditions, crystals are linked to the body’s energy centres (chakras). Crown Chakra Third Eye Chakra Throat Chakra Heart Chakra Solar Plexus Chakra Sacral Chakra Root Chakra
🌙 Spiritual Growth and Intuition.
Crystals are often used as tools for deepening spiritual practices, like meditation, manifestation, or energy work. They may help you connect with your intuition and inner guidance.
Crystal healing is an alternative therapy that involves using crystals or gemstones to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Practitioners believe that different types of crystals have unique energies or vibrational frequencies that can interact with the body’s energy field, or aura, to restore balance and well-being. Using deep breathing exercises and meditation, this experience will bring you much peace, calmness and clarity.
🔮 Basic Principles
Energy Fields: The body is thought to have an energy system (sometimes called chakras or meridians). Crystals are believed to influence or balance these energies.
Vibration and Resonance: Each crystal is said to emit a specific frequency or vibration. When placed near the body, it can “tune” the body’s energy to a healthier state. Intent and Focus: Many practitioners emphasise that the crystal’s effects are enhanced by setting a clear intention for healing or transformation.
💎 Common Crystals and their properties:
Amethyst: Calming, aids meditation, relieves stress.
Rose Quartz: Promotes love, compassion, and emotional healing.
Clear Quartz: Amplifies energy and intentions; known as a “master healer.”
Black Tourmaline: Protection and grounding.
Citrine: Associated with abundance and creativity.
⚙️ How It’s Used!
Placement: Crystals are placed on or around the body, often aligned with the chakras.
Meditation: Holding or focusing on crystals during meditation.
Space Clearing: Crystals are placed in the relaxation room to improve the “energy” of the space.
** Important Note **
Crystal healing should be viewed as a complimentary practice, not a substitute for professional, medical or psychological treatment.

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. The word Reiki (霊気) comes from two Japanese words:
“Rei” (霊) meaning universal or spiritual, and “Ki” (気) meaning life energy or vital force.
So, Reiki roughly translates to “Universal Life Energy.”
🌿 Core Idea
Reiki practitioners believe that a universal life force energy flows through all living beings. When this energy becomes blocked or imbalanced, it can lead to physical, emotional, or spiritual distress. Reiki aims to restore balance and harmony by channelling this energy through the practitioner to the recipient.
👐 How It Works (in Practice)
Reiki practitioner place their hands lightly on or just above the recipient’s body. The practitioner acts as a conduit for healing energy, which is said to flow through them into the person being treated. A session typically lasts 45 minutes, and the person receiving Reiki often feels relaxed, warm, or tingling sensations.
💫 Claimed Benefits
Reiki is often used for:
Reducing stress and anxiety Promoting relaxation Supporting emotional healing Enhancing overall well-being Complementing medical treatments (e.g., for pain or recovery)
(Note: Reiki is not a substitute for medical care, but many use it as a complementary practice.)
🕯️ What Happens in a Reiki Session
The session usually takes place in a quiet, peaceful space — like a therapy room, yoga studio, or healing centre. Soft music, dim lighting, or calming scents (like lavender) may be used to help you relax. You remain fully clothed, lying on a heated massage bed.
The Reiki practitioner might start with a short conversation to understand what you’d like to focus on — for example, stress, sleep issues, emotional balance, or general well-being. They may then centre themselves (often through brief meditation or intention-setting) before beginning.
The practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above different areas of your body — typically starting at the head and moving down toward the feet. Common hand positions include the head, shoulders, stomach, knees, and feet. Each position may last a few minutes, depending on what the practitioner senses or what you need.
Most people describe the experience as deeply relaxing.
You might feel:
✨ Warmth or heat coming from the practitioner’s hands
🌊 Tingling, pulsing, or gentle waves of energy
☁️ A floating or light sensation
🪶 Or simply calm, still, and peaceful
Some people even fall asleep, while others become emotionally moved or feel a subtle energy flow through their body.
Others may not feel much physically — and that’s also normal. Reiki is considered to work whether or not you consciously feel the energy.
The practitioner may briefly discuss any impressions or sensations that came up. You might feel lighter, refreshed, or centered. Occasionally, people experience an emotional release (tears, laughter, or deep calm). It’s common to be encouraged to drink water and rest afterward.
⏳ Duration
A typical Reiki session lasts about 45–60 minutes, though shorter or longer sessions are possible.
