I want every client to enjoy a calm, welcoming, and stress-free experience. To keep things running smoothly, please take a moment to read through my booking guidelines:

Home Beauty Room - All holistic treatments and massage take place in my private beauty room at home. Baldwins Beauty - On Mondays, I work from 'Baldwins Beauty' at Woodmeadow Garden Centre just off the A43. Here i offer nail and pedicure treatments. Please double-check the location when booking to make sure you arrive at the correct place.

My home salon is part of my sacred space, created to be peaceful and restorative. I kindly ask all clients to respect this environment by arriving with a calm and considerate approach. For this reason, appointment's are for clients only unless agreed otherwise in advance. This helps maintain the quiet, professional atmosphere for everyone.

All treatments are by appointment only. Please arrive on time to allow for a relaxed start - late arrivals may shorten our treatment to avoid delaying the next client. First-time clients are asked o arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete a short consultation form.

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less that 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may result in the deposit being retained. If you are unwell, please let me know as soon as possible - I will always do my best to rearrange your booking.
