Appointment Booking - Clients must book appointments in advance using Solo. All new clients are required to register prior to their first treatment. Deposits - A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking or the appointment will be open for others to book. Cancellation Policy - Clients are required to provide at least 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of deposit. Appointment Day - Clients must arrive alone and on time for their appointments. No shows or late arrivals will be charged the full treatment price. If this fee is unpaid the client will be unable to rebook. Heath and Safety - The Beauty Haven reserves the right to refuse service to clients with nail contraindications that may pose a risk to health or compromise the quality of service provided. Payment Terms - Payment is due at the point or service (minus any deposit paid at the time of booking.) Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Service Guarantee - The Beauty Haven strives to provide high-quality services. However, if a client is dissatisfied with the treatment received, they must report the problem at the end of their appointment to discuss potential remedies. Product Allergies - Clients are responsible for informing The Beauty Haven of any allergies or sensitivities to products or ingredients to avoid adverse reactions during treatment. Liability - The Beauty Haven is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the client's failure to disclose relevant medical information or follow aftercare instructions. Refunds - Refunds are issued at the discretion of The Beauty Haven and may be subject to a review of the circumstances surrounding the request. Changes to Terms and Conditions - The Beauty Haven reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. By booking an appointment with The Beauty Haven, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
