Before Your Appointment

For Lashes:

• Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes

• Avoid caffeine beforehand (it can make your eyes flutter!)

• Wear comfy clothes — you’ll be lying down for a while

For Nails:

• Arrive with bare nails unless removal has been booked

• Avoid picking/peeling gel or BIAB before your appointment

• Bring any inspo photos if you’d like a specific look

After Your Appointment

Lash Aftercare:

• Keep lashes dry for 24 hours

• Avoid steam, oils, and rubbing

• Brush daily & book infills every 2–3 weeks

Nail Aftercare:

• Use cuticle oil daily

• Wear gloves when cleaning or washing up

• Avoid picking, peeling, or using nails as tools

• Book BIAB infills every 2–3 weeks
