Welcome to Lashology Luxe 💕 By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a smooth experience for both you and your lash artist.
Appointments & Deposits
💳
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Deposits will be deducted from the final balance at your appointment.
- If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be lost
Cancellations & No Shows
🚫
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
- No-shows may be required to pay 100% of the appointment cost before rebooking.
Late Arrivals

- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled or reschedule.
Infill Policy
💕
- Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain your lash look.
- You must have at least 40% of your lashes remaining for an infill — otherwise, a full set will be required.
- Lash work from other technicians must be approved before booking an infill.
Payments
💰
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
- Payment methods accepted: [cash / contactless payment / bank transfer]
Health & Safety

- Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.
- If you are unwell or have any eye infections, please reschedule your appointment.
- Lashology Luxe reserves the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons.
Aftercare

- Avoid water, steam, and oils for 24 hours after your appointment.
- Brush lashes daily and avoid rubbing or pulling.

Photography & Social Media
📸
- Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
- Please let your lash artist know if you’d prefer not to be featured online.
