Client Responsibilities: Medical Conditions: Clients must disclose all known medical conditions, allergies, or injuries to the therapist before the treatment. Honesty and Accuracy: Clients must provide truthful information during consultations and throughout the treatment. Communication: Clients should inform the therapist immediately if they experience any discomfort or pain during the session. Hygiene: Clients are expected to maintain good hygiene and arrive clean for their appointments. Appropriate Behaviour: Clients are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately during the treatment. Late Arrivals: Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in the cancellation of the appointment and full payment being due. 2. Therapist Responsibilities: Confidentiality: Therapists will maintain the confidentiality of client information. Professionalism: Therapists will conduct themselves professionally and ethically. Hygiene: Therapists will ensure that the treatment area is clean and sanitary. Adaptability: Therapists will adjust the treatment to the client's needs and comfort level. 3. Cancellation Policy: Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service cost. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full amount. 4. Liability: No Medical Advice: Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Client's Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own health and well-being. Therapist's Discretion: Therapists reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment if they believe it is not safe or appropriate for the client. No Guarantee: Therapists do not guarantee any specific results from massage therapy. 5. Payment: Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods will be clearly stated. Payment Due: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
