- A new £15 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
- A £15 charge applies for arrivals more than 10-15 minutes late.
- Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
- Choose one hairstyle to apply at every retwist.If a different hairstyle is requested or the first style isn’t acceptable, a £5 fee applies.
- Please arrive with clean hair unless otherwise advised.
- Communicate any specific requests before your appointment.
- Respect salon policies for a positive experience.
- Attend alone unless assistance is needed.
- No young children are allowed for health and safety reasons.

Service Briefing: Prior to booking, please ensure you are 18 years old. Enjoy a 90-minute blue light laser session that will brighten your teeth by several shades, including additional products and before-and-after photos for your teeth whitening procedure.
