Wow Wow Wow!!! I had the most relaxing Indian head massage ever! Honestly the best! I have never been so relaxed in my life! I was welcomed with a warm smile and great customer service, I felt at ease as soon as I got there. Sarah was amazing and very professional, I could tell she enjoys what she does. She even gave me tips on how to look after my skin and tips on maintaining my locs. My hair was washed and retwisted to perfection! 😍 you are missing out if you don't get your hair done by the Locssmith!

I had an amazing experience with my loctician at the Locs Smith Salon. I had one to one treatment in a relaxed atmosphere. My loctician is a professional hairdresser, a good listener and very creative explaining each step of the process,giving advice on how to maintain my new hair style. She made me feel so confident "I really love my new hair style and would be definitely returning to have my hair done again.

The Locs Smith is remarkable. I booked an appointment with my son as he wants to start his locs journey. The Locs Smith was so accommodating from the booking to the actual appointment. She maintained professionalism and consistent communication. What was admirable about Sarah was her inclusive approach asking if there was any reasonable adjustments or support my son would require during this initial appointment. During the appointment, she was friendly, educating and patient with my son’s hair. Providing reassurance and approachable attitude throughout and you can tell that is genuinely her character and personality. Best investment I’ve ever made and my son is extremely happy to be working with The Locs Smith. We appreciate the additional information and instructions in regards to aftercare and I appreciate it very much. Thanks again Locs Smith

I’ve been going to The Locs Smith for over 3 years, and I can honestly say she’s the best at what she does. Every appointment is consistent , neat styling, great conversation, and a comfortable atmosphere. She really takes pride in her work and always makes sure I leave feeling confident. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my locs!
