A £15 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of booking, the appointment will be cancelled.
I completely understand that situations may occur unexpectedly, and I ask that as much notice as possible is given when rearranging or cancelling your appointment. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations. If you cancel outside 48 hours, your booking fee will be transferred to a future appointment. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, a new booking fee wil be required to book another appointment. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will prevent future bookings until the balance is settled.
Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer. All payments must be completed before leaving the appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the service provided may be limited to a plain or simplified design. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may require the appointment to be rescheduled, and 100% of the treatment cost will still apply.
Clients are required to attend their appointments alone uness prior arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon.
