Booking your appointment - Bookings can be done via the website and up to three months ahead. https://booksolo.co/thenailstudio-byjofortner Once your booking request is accepted you are required to pay a 50% deposit as this will secure your appointment. If the deposit is not paid within 24hours of request being accepted your appointment may not be valid. Persistently booking and cancelling appointments without paying deposits can negatively impact my business. Paying the deposit shows your commitment and respect for my time. I am very understanding having a young family myself, so I know it can be difficult to juggle sometimes. Please make sure you are booking in your biab, nail art etc as this will block out enough time for the appointment. Please arrive on time. Late arrival will result in a shorter treatment time. Less time = Less choice. You will still be charged in full for services booked. All services are appointment only. No walk ins. Late Policy - Please arrive on time! A 10 minute grace period will be given but anything after this and your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit lost. I have back to back clients and this affects everyone. Rescheduling - Please allow 24 hours notice. Any made less than 24 hours will result in total loss of deposit. Rescheduled appointments should be within 2 weeks. Cancellations - If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully require at lease 24 hours notice. All cancellations MUST be made via text - 07852227536. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment price. Thank you for your understanding. Illness - Please do not attend your appointment if you are ill. The Nail Studio is just me and there is nobody to cover if I get sick. I will try to reschedule as best I can as long as notice is given (please see cancellations and rescheduling above). I know some things can’t be helped and I always try to give as much notice as possible if I or my children are ill. Payments - Payments for deposits are to be paid at time of booking. They will be 50% of the services you book in for. Any extras can be added to final payment at the end of your appointment. Once appointment is completed, payment can be cash or you can make card payment on the solo app using Apple pay or tap your card on my phone. Privacy - Your appointment is exactly that…yours! Please arrive to your appointment alone. I am unable to accommodate children into The Nail Studio. Age limit - 17 years and above. Silent Appointment - Please do not hesitate to ask for a silent appointment if you are feeling anxious, tired or drained and just wish to enjoy your appointment in peace. NO judgement here.
