Deposit:
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. For mobile/party services, full payment will be due upfront.
Cancellations:
If you decide to cancel your treatment or move your treatment to a different day, you will receive a full refund/transfer of your deposit or payment if you give us more than 48 hours notice prior to your booking.
Changes 24-48 hours before your appointment are permitted to reschedule your treatment but your deposit will be retained.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking will result in a loss of deposit.
