The Scalp Reset – Japanese Head Spa & Scalp Therapy Last updated: February 2026 1. Appointments & Bookings Appointments can be booked online or via social media & email. A deposit will be required to secure your booking. All deposits are refundable up until 48 hours of your appointment and transferable with sufficient notice (see Cancellation Policy below). Please ensure you arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment to avoid disrupting the next client. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 48 hours’ notice: deposit is retained. Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend: 100% of the treatment fee may be charged. This policy allows us to protect our time and accommodate other clients. 3. Health & Medical Conditions Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions before treatment, including but not limited to: Active scalp infections Contagious skin conditions Recent head injuries Severe psoriasis or eczema flare-ups Recent hair transplant or scalp surgery Allergies to products We reserve the right to refuse or adapt treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe. Japanese Head Spa treatments are for relaxation and scalp wellness purposes only and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. 4. Age Restrictions Clients under the age of 18 must have written parental/guardian consent. A parent or guardian may be required to remain on the premises during the appointment. 5. Results & Expectations Results vary depending on individual scalp condition, lifestyle, and aftercare. While we aim to improve scalp health and relaxation, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Regular treatments may be recommended for optimal results. 6. Payments Full payment is due at the end of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. We accept card and contactless payments. Prices are subject to change without notice. 7. Loyalty Offers & Promotions Any loyalty discounts or promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time. 8. Personal Belongings The Scalp Reset accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit. 9. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour. 10. Privacy Client information is stored securely and used solely for appointment management and service provision in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
