Use Gentle, Clean Haircare: Stick to products that are free from silicones, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, parabens, and other harsh or questionable ingredients. Look for nourishing, pH-balanced formulas designed for sensitive scalps. Limit Chemical Treatments: Avoid coloring, perming, or chemical straightening for at least a few days.
